I have a natural intuitive ability to see to the "core" of physical and emotional pain. As a result, I have been studying the underlying causes of illness and life-crises for most of my life.  First through self-study and later through counseling and formal education. I have been physically, mentally, and sexually abused as a child and an adult.  I developed illness as a result of the abuse, which resulted in a hysterectomy at 30, fibromyalgia at 38 along with irritable bowel syndrome, and a number of other maladies including obesity, asthma, essential tremors, migraine headaches, and allergies.

I am a problem-solver by nature and I just could not accept that I was meant to be so young and yet so ill and unhappy.  I was determined to find answers.   I ran the gamut from traditional to alternative medicine, self-help books to therapy, and stand alone classes to a Ph.D. program. Along the way, I found what I needed and healed my body and my life.  It is this experience and education that I bring to each and every one of you.   My educational background is very diverse and lends itself well to assisting you in healing your body and your life. I have a Masters in Intuitive Diagnostics and a Ph.D. in Esoteric Philosophy and Hermetic Science from the Ritberger Institute for Esoteric Studies. I am certified in personality psychology and typology through the Institute. ("What Color is your Personality?" by Carol Ritberger, Ph.D.) I am certified in BioSonic Repatterning (Sound healing). I am a Reiki Master (Usui Komyo and Usui Tibetan styles), Karuna Reiki Master, Lightarian Reiki Master, and Level III Reconnection practitioner. In my early years, I briefly studied some popular modalities of the 70's which included Parent Effectiveness Training and Transactional Analysis. I studied addictions including alcohol, drugs, and food. I was a counselor on a Rape Crisis line. I spent 25 years in the corporate world in a high stress job.  As a manager, I learned motivational techniques, leadership skills, facilitation, negotiation, stress management, and problem solving techniques. Most importantly, I learned how to lead people into change in a way that minimizes fear and encourages excitement. On this amazing life-journey, I have been blessed to find people who supported me, loved me unconditionally, taught me, and helped me to see myself through gentle eyes.  Eyes that were not focused on finding fault with myself or being a victim, but rather on the powerful and healthy person inside. I would like to be one of these people for you.  Together, we can bring the powerful and healthy person inside of you forward. I believe life is meant to be a joyful adventure toward self-discovery, where we find self-empowerment, joy, Love and enlightenment along the way.  It is a great unfolding of our own mysteries where we discover our Life Purpose and our Divine work. When we live our lives with this as our guiding Light, we begin to experience Hope.  We have Faith in a power greater than our own and we find Self-Love.  We discover the beauty in all life and the inter-connectedness of All That Is.  We experience profound Peace and a knowingness that everything in our lives will work out perfectly - is, in fact, already perfect. From this place, we find balance, health, and happiness.
