Session Length	Session length is completely up to you and your needs and preferences. The average session length is approximately 60 minutes. Initial Intuitive Session - by phone or in person Initial sessions are typically 60 minutes to 2 hours. Again, the length of the session is up to you. I make an agreement to let you know when we have reached 60 minutes so you can decide if you want to continue. Most people report feeling lighter and better after this session. On-going Sessions or Healing Sessions The focus of these sessions is healing and I offer a variety of modalities. Depending on what works best for you, sessions can be as short as 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. They can be done in person or long distance.
